1. Research and development of high working hanging basket (1996 -- 2004)

In 2000, THE company's new high work basket products ZLD400B successfully entered the Hong Kong market, the mass production of 1500 sets/year. Subsequently, the company successfully developed ZLD500B and ZLD600A type high work hanging basket products, and completed the upgrade of ZLD400B type hanging basket. In 2002, high-speed WINCH, electric hoist, window washer crane, Hitachi elevator installation basket research and development success, and complete the lifting and horizontal movement of three-dimensional parking garage design. At the same time, the hanging basket products into Singapore and Malaysia market, the company through the ISO9000 quality management system certification SGS.
2、Research and Development of various varieties (2005 -- 2011)
The headquarters of the company is moved to Baiyun District, Guangdong Province, China. The factory covers an area of about 6000 m2, creating conditions for the research and development and manufacturing of a variety of products. In 2005, SDC telescopic unloading platform was successfully developed and sold to Hong Kong. At the same time, the design of climbing work platform began; In 2006, Hong Kong Cathay City window cleaning machine trolley system was successfully developed, and the climbing work platform was successfully developed. In 2007, the strategic cooperation with Australia Preston was implemented, and the CNG series telescopic unloading platform was successfully put into production. In the following years, the SC200/200-65 series construction elevator was successfully developed, the C200/200-45 series construction elevator was successfully developed, the ZLD400BCL and ZLD500BCL elevator installation basket was successfully developed, and the SC300/300-65A series high-speed heavy duty construction elevator was successfully developed. And successfully sold to Thailand Bouygues company. Successfully completed the trial production and production of super scaffolding in cooperation with Australian PRESTON Company, completed the design of SC200/200-65B construction lift, and obtained the construction lift production license. In terms of market development, 300m height SC300/300-65 oversized hoisting cage construction elevator is sold to India, climbing working platform is sold to Malaysia and India, and other products are sold in large quantities to Australia, Singapore and Malaysia markets. By participating in BAMU Exhibition in Shanghai, the company has continuously expanded its sales channels, and successively set up branches or cooperative companies in Australia, Singapore, Thailand, the United States, Spain, Taiwan and Hong Kong.

According to the development needs of the company, the planning of the new factory in Dongguan has been completed, covering an area of about 66,000 m2. At the same time, it is also multi-headed in product research and development and market. In 2012, the YLPS/T150 climbing working platform passed the CE certification of TUV Company, and the super fence was developed successfully. The construction elevator and climbing working platform were sold to Taiwan. In 2013, the design of special super high elevator installation basket ZLD800D was completed, and was designated by Hitachi Elevator Company and Toshiba Elevator Company for elevator installation equipment, successfully used in Guangzhou East Tower 560 meters of elevator installation. Thailand 320m high speed, load 3 tons of construction elevator successfully developed, and put into the international market in the same year, received customer praise. It is the first time in the world to use the sliding contact line system on the high-speed construction elevator and achieve success. In 2018, the company obtained the production qualification of 3t medium-speed construction ladder issued by relevant national departments. The climbing working platform with anti-fall safety device has been developed successfully. The double column construction elevator (lifting weight 12t), YLP450 climbing working platform and super unloading platform with 10t load were successfully developed and trial-produced.
Up to 2018, the company has successfully applied for 2 invention patents and 8 utility model patents.
