a. Purpose: The Company shall continuously improve the quality level and enhance the quality awareness of all employees through learning, training and assessment of relevant professional knowledge, professional skills and relevant laws, regulations, policies and rules.
b. Pre-entry training: The Human resources Department shall conduct pre-entry training on the first day of entry for the employees who have passed the initial examination and conduct examination, assessment and evaluation during the probation period. The training contents are as follows:
Basic knowledge of standards; QMS quality policy and quality objectives;
c. First, second and third level documents related to QMS of the company;
d. Production Safety Law of the People's Republic of China, Product Quality Law of the People's Republic of China and other relevant laws, regulations, policies and rules.
Pre-job training: The supervisor of the functional department shall provide pre-job training to the probationary employees. The training content is as follows:
a. Job functions and quality objectives of the department;
b. Job responsibilities;
c. Operating procedures;
